Andy, Brad and Chris are part of a dare-devil group. They're going to Paris, and their first stop is to hit up the Eiffel Tower after it's closed to tourists and such. They get up to the top, and Andy is going to bungee jump off of it. As he's getting prepared, Serafine shows up and acts as though she's about to suicide off of it. As she jumps, Andy, with his bungee gear on, jumps with her and saves her life. He eventually tracks her down, and finds out why she was going to kill herself, and finds out about the whole werewolf deal that's going on in this town.

Throughout the movie, we learn that anyone a werewolf kills, comes back as a ghost to haunt them. The deal being that they are trapped as a ghost in this world until the werewolf that killed them has been killed as well. This makes for some great comedy moments, as one of the ghosts is constantly rooting for the werewolves to be offed in various scenes. There's also some other nice comedy moments to be had, especially the classic bubblegum-in-the-cafe scene; that one is just priceless. Thankfully, however, they didn't over-do it on the comedy bit of things. There were some good comedic moments, and there was some good werewolf action; they didn't stretch the comedy parts out too thin. Definite thumps up on that part.

The effects were decent enough; nothing spectacular, but they passed my inspection. I think it would have looked a lot better if they hadn't used pure CGI for the werewolves themselves, but eh. The transformation from human to werewolf was done decently enough; though again, nothing spectacular. The effects used for the corpses and such were done much better, and again, it made for some nice comedic moments when a torn-to-shreds ghost is rooting for the death of one of the characters.

Overall, it was a nice enough film, but nothing I'd recommend you rush out to pick up. Some of the storyline twists and turns were a bit hokey, and some were just stupid. I also thought it was kinda weak how some parts of the storyline were just dropped and not finished, as though they were forgotten about during the filming. Negative feedback for that. There were also some moments where it just dragged too much for my liking, but I suppose that's to be expected.

5/10, average enough.
