Black Dragon wields his evil menace, and nobody knows who or what he is until he begins to leave a trail of blood and horror that proves to all that he's a vampire preying on virgins. Nobody knows how to rid the town of his pestilence, especially since he's endowed with superhuman powers that enable him to quash any foe.
