Director James Avalon returns with another head-spinning trip to the far reaches of eroticism. This time, he's taken the classic 'Taboo' series and moved it far into the future, to a world where even having sexual thoughts will get you tossed in jail. After an atmospheric virtual-reality romp between Ava Vincent and Voodoo, we get to the heart of the story. Leggy Nicole Sheridan plays a futuristic undercover cop, sent into a bawdy sex club in order to infiltrate and weed out those having carnal relations. Once there, she sees some things she's never dreamed of, including a torrid on-stage tryst between Aurora Snow and some lucky stiff. Nicole slowly finds herself being drawn into the wanton web that the club spins, unable and unwilling to control the naughty thoughts that are popping into her head. She ends up engaging in some searing fantasies of her own, tossing aside the futuristic morals she's pledged to uphold. Nicole closes the flick out with a fabulous fantasy-fueled session with Voodoo that's set on the edge of a volcano. The video is extremely well-made, with fantastic sets and costumes and some of the most interesting lighting set-ups we've seen in porn. Avalon has proven himself to be one of the current kings of this kind of glossy, couples-friendly hardcore, and he once again delivers the goods with this white-hot romp. A great pick for anyone into plot-driven sci-fi porn.
