I'm scared I might dream.

I rest aggressively, restlessly and only in threes.

At the edge of my driveway,

All asleep in the same way
Atop a second story staircase
In the distance there's a train saying that,
Travels can be made by the sleeping or awake,
And your medicine will help clear the fear from your veins,
And your bones no longer ache
And your walls no longer cave
Your breathing gets deeper
When your bodies are safe.
