His opposition is established from the beginning now

By the scribes and Pharisees
Many times an attempt would be made on his life because of his teachings
Calling for repentance and reform
He will always be in danger of death at the hands of the temple rulers
Until that final day down on calvary's hill when all of his worldly opposition
Will be gathered together to do him in
