There is no plot or storyline to this video; it's simply a collection of some of the best scenes from the series (hence the title). There's some dialogue throughout, but since I don't understand Japanese and there's no subtitles, this was lost on me. Didn't seem very important, as the series (what I've seen of it) isn't too focused on storylines and such anyway.
In our opening scene, we have a young lady in a white dress. Four or five guys take turns torturing her in various ways; it starts out tame enough with punches to the face, some slaps with a bag of quarters, and spinning her in a chair until she pukes. It moves onwards, however, when they start burning her with scalding water and dropping maggots onto the wound, ripping out her fingernails with pliers, and in the grand finale, poking a needle through her eye. The whole charm of the Guinea Pig series is the mixture of ultra-violence used throughout, and the realism it's done with. This scene proved to be no exception.
The next short confused me to end. A woman opens a box on the side of the street, which has a note in it. Since the note is in Japanese, I have no clue what it says; but after reading it, she looks inside the box and sees a pile of human intestines. The intestines leap out at her and chase her around town. This whole bit was pretty lame, as it was mostly her running, the intestines slapping against the wall behind / in front of her, and her screaming. Thankfully, it only lasted about ten minutes.
Next on the list is another scene which my lack of Japanese language skills ruined. A guy has some drawings on the bottom of his feet, and wiggles them in such a way as to imply that they're talking to each other. This goes on for about five minutes until he puts his face into the camera, says a few words, and cut scene.
The next scene appears to be about a guy who discovers that he cannot die, and takes great pleasure in that fact... at least, that's my interpretation of it. We start out watching him cut his wrist quite deeply, and as he's whining about it, it stops bleeding all of a sudden. He then stabs an ink pen through his arm, with no apparent pain involved. After that is done, he simply cuts his hand off and throws it away, very nonchalantly. Some more self-mutilation is done, and then he calls up a guy and asks him to come over. The guy shows up in an Elvis mask, does some dance moves, and sees our bloody self-mutilator. Self comes after Elvis in a zombielike-manner, arms outstretched and moaning; he stops, says a few words in a normal tone of voice with a smile, and back to zombie mode. After doing a bit more mutilation on himself, with Elvis crying like a little bitch, he cuts open his own stomach and starts flinging his organs at Elvis. Wrapping things up, he pulls his stomach open, exposing what's left of his organs and his spine. Cut.
Time for another insane skit. This time, we have a man and a woman having a discussion with a face growing out of the man's stomach. The face talks to them, sings, and even bites the man's finger when he pokes it. The woman seems quite happy about this discovery, and next thing you know, they're in a parking lot showing it off to a crowd. Kids come up and have their pictures taken with it, the woman makes it smile for the crowd, and cut. Hilarious shit right here, and I didn't understand a word that was spoken.
The best was saved for last, definitely. We have another young lady tied to a bed, bound by her hands and feet. A guy wearing a samurai hat comes into the scene, and injects her with some sort of liquid into her thigh. She now appears to be pretty much paralyzed as samurai tortures her. First up, he cuts off her hand, then the entire arm. Repeat on the other hand / arm. Next to go are the legs, then some organs, and finally, her head. After decapitating her, he scoops out her eyeball and sucks the juices out of it. This scene was a lot longer than the summary here, obviously; everything was shown in graphic detail, and very up close and personal. I do believe I'd go on record to say that this one scene easily tops the list of the most realistic cinematic murders that I have ever seen; every part of it was done flawlessly.
In our last(?) skit, we follow a news reporter who appears to be promoting a new restaurant that specializes in dishes made out of human body parts and organs. Nothing too special, but a bit humourous.
Closing out the tape was a bunch of clips that appeared to be from the "Faces Of Death" videos, some softcore porn, and a few executions caught on tape. Whether or not this was part of the feature presentation or some trailers shoved on there to kill time, I have no idea; there were no credits played to wrap up the movie, and no "buy it now!" type messages. Decent stuff, anyway.
To wrap all of this up: if you're a gorehound, or you just like some crazy shit, this is definitely your movie. 9/10, and only docked a point for some of the skits that were a bit eh.

This is a good thing if you've never seen any of
the other Guiena Pig films. You get to see all
best scenes but if you already own all the other
films then having this is pretty pointless. Not
really sure why this was even put out in the first
place but oh well....It's still a nice little
thing to have. I'd give it a 7/10.

Is this the same one that is packaged with the
other movies in the double features? I got my
copy of this way back in the day, back before they
all got reissued, so I have no clue if they're the
same compilation or not.
