It revolves around two sisters, Yayoi and Misato, who have a close and loving relationship. However, Misato has always been insecure about a facial scar caused by an accident so she decides to have it removed by a plastic surgeon. On the way home from the hospital the two sisters have an argument while walking through a wooded area and Misato falls over upon discovering a human skeleton. From there Misato begins to behave very strangely. Brutal murders soon begin to happen around them as Yayoi pushes herself to the mental limit.
