On the heels of his mother's untimely passing, shy and timid twelve-year-old Rob and his father move to a motel in a remote Florida town. While exploring the forest near the motel, Rob stumbles upon a great tiger trapped in a cage. With the help of his new friend Sistine, Rob learns the value of acknowledging one's grief while learning to carry on after the duo liberates the big cat.
