To answer the question of the title, nobody. In fact, Ginger isn't framed at all. She is "kidnapped" but Who Kidnapped Ginger Grant? wouldn't be close enough to the title. In the course of her mistaken abduction, our heroine gets tied up, made love to, and then released by a horny Bionca when the baddies realize that they're snatched the wrong snatch. During this time, everybody partakes of everybody else. Most of the sex scenes are decent, but one is a standout - Natasha as seductress and Randy West as a more than willing seductee. Most of the time Julianne just hands around - literally. Pretty good feature and sex in a nice box.
