Lawyer Mike Horner wonders if a homicidal maniac is out to get him. Wife Sharon Kane tells him that it's just his distant cousin Martin who is coming out for the weekend, but Horner swears Martin is actually a former client - a mass murderer named Jack DeNiro who swore to get even with Horner for blowing a trial that sent him to prison.
