A cohort of young, green thieves comes together, concocting an intricate scheme to rob a high-rise apartment building along the coast. The group sets their plan in motion amidst an onslaught of forceful weather, which continues to escalate as they perform their task. However, their plot hits a snag when an aging police officer arrives on the scene to help the tenants of the building evacuate in the face of an oncoming hurricane.
