Those kids from Indecline are back with another hour of footage detailing the seedier side of life. Indecline, in case you didn't know, are the guys responsible for the ever-controversial Bumfights and the less well-known Bling-A-Long. Whereas Bumfights focused mainly on bums fighting and Bling-A-Long focused on the man known as Bling Bling, this entry doesn't limit itself to any one topic or person. This hour of footage features graffiti artists plying their trade, street-fighting, skateboarding, midgets, and more insanity than any one movie should be allowed to showcase.
