Amidst her tumultuous divorce, a woman named Annie suddenly loses her mother. Reeling from the unfortunate events, Annie returns to her childhood home with her daughter in tow. Annie and her daughter experience a sense of peace for a time until her daughter inexplicably vanishes from her bedroom one evening. Annie believes that sinister forces are at work in her daughter's disappearance, and she struggles to make her voice heard.
