Long-time porn stud Herschel Savage stars in this gripping video as a man who suffers from a condition known as 'sexual rage.' Despite what the affliction is called, it actually doesn't really involve any rage at all -- it's simply a condition whereby he's unable to distinguish his sexual fantasies from reality.
