Routine brain surgery makes a terrifying turn when a tumor goes rogue and takes on a life of its own. It runs amok in search of its next meal. It grows bigger and bigger as it chows down on one unsavory character after another. Is Dr. Seymour Caligari aiding and abetting the beast? Will young Dash Caligari and his sweetheart Kitsi stop it before it conquers the world? Or will they become chopped liver for the tumor creature's voracious appetite. Can they escape its grotesque sharp teeth, crushing jaws and slimy tentacles? Mayhem abounds right up to the movie's feverish finish.
