When a young couple moves into a historic black neighborhood, they learn that the people who live there believe in a protective spirit called The Black Nun. For the upwardly conservative couple, the concept of a Black Spirit is beyond their capacity to understand. So, when they decide not to conform to the neighborhood superstition, they become victims of the nun's wrath.
