Aspiring actress Lucy suffers debilitating migraines, worsened by Sara's pills. Her headaches lead to recurring, nightmarish visions of her own death. Despite family history of schizophrenia, a doctor attributes her struggles to exhaustion. Lucy remains trapped in a never-ending cycle of terrifying visions. She discovers Sara's romantic feelings and her pills' hallucinogenic effects, leading to her hospitalization.
