Bullet Train Down starts when genius creator Jack is seeing his first Bullet Train launched in America. As soon as the train sets off, Jack receives a call to demand money or the trigger-happy bomber will set off a bomb. The train can't drop below 200mph or it will trigger too. Former bomb disposal military man Kessler is on board and looks to work with Jack to solve the problem. FBI agent Scott Madison is running an operation from outside. With the train running out of track, the race to dispose of the bomb and escape the train is on.
