Dr. James Harvey and his daughter, Kat, head to an old mansion that is haunted by ghosts. James' job is to get them out of it so they can cross over to the other side. After they move in, Kat meets a ghost named Casper, who falls in love with her. His one wish is to be human again and maybe he can win her.
