Another bloody fun entry in the Rahtree franchise, one of Thailand's most popular horror series. This time, the local police are alerted to the whereabouts of a notorious gangster but everybody is leery about entering this particular apartment as it's haunted by several ghosts, including Buppha Rahtree and a savage, knife-wielding mini-Buppha!
