The sleepy western town of Guadalupe is under siege. Ladies of the community have been found tied to trees, hitching posts, and the village well. They were strapped and tickled to death by the crazed tickling bandito. It's time for drastic action, before Guadalupe runs out of pretty women. One thing's for sure.
