Plot has struggling designer Pamela Mann trying to get the attention of legit Hollywood studios while making ends meet as a seamstress at a down market strip joint. Juggling run-ins with tempestuous dancer Lupe LaCola and a budding relationship with the bar's choreographer, she ultimately makes good on her dream.
