Five medical students decide to do an experiment on death. One guy has the others kill him by stopping his heart, and then bringing him back to life with their medical experience. He then tells them what it's like to be dead... but he brings back more than just memories of the experience. The others decide to try as well, and each brings back a personal demon.

Excellent flick. I wasn't expecting much going in, as the cast isn't exactly my cup of tea, but damned fine flick nonetheless. The storyline was excellent and relaitvely original for its time. It also succeeds in bringing up lots of ideas to think about, and actually seemed a bit convincing in doing so, although the ending was a bit too happy for my tastes.

8/10

I can't believe Schumacher did something with a little substance. The man ruins every movie he touches. 8/10

I agree with Tristan, Schumacher is a horrible director, but this movie was pretty damn good. 8/10
